February 27, 201016 yr I followed instructions to update to ASE from ASA with SP1 and installation completed. Now when starting ASA (with ASE upgrade) my key entry is not recognized. I have checked and checked and can find no error in my key entry.After giving up on ASE, I tried to completely uninstall ASA/ASE from my computer and start over. After the uninstall completed, Active Sky is still there (though probably corrupted) and a reinstall does not work.Now I am completely without Active Sky. What can be done? Art

There is a new ASE icon that I didn't notice on my desktop unitl now. When I used it, the program started without a hitch. Boy, do I feel stupid sometimes.. this is one of those times. February 28, 201016 yr Guys,This has been the most common issue all day long so don't feel bad! Art make sure you are using the new ASE icon and not the old ASA icon.
February 28, 201016 yr I too was going to post the question regarding my key not working after several attempts at entering it and not getting anywhere. (I hadn't noticed the new ASE icon either.) Thankfully I found this thread and saved my embarrassment. :( I hope ASE has sorted the old "TAT / negative altitude clouds" problem, which was the only problem I was getting with ASA. So I'm really looking forward to using ASE.Great product and great customer support - keep it up.Chris (Beez Neez) Sessions
