March 2, 201016 yr In most of my aircraft, I can move the eyepoint in the VC from left to right using Ctrl+Shft+Bkspc, and from right to left using Ctrl+Shft+Enter. In some aircraft, for example the Dreamfleet A36, the above combinations also move the eyepoint down (either direction). My eyepoint assignments are made in the controls section of FS9. I've checked FSUIPC to make sure there are no conflicting assignments.Any ideas on how to get rid of downward movement of the eyepoints when moving right or left?Dale Dale

Check these "Look" assignments to see what they show. If you have a yoke you should be able to use the Pan button or the right rocker switch for this purpose, rather than keystrokes.Alex Reid
March 3, 201016 yr Author Alex,I have the eyepoint right and eyepoint left keystrokes assigned to buttons (5 & 6) on my CH Throttle Quadrant. I double checked - they are assigned move eyepoint right and left, not right and down or left and down. What's strange is that the same buttons work perfectly in the default aircraft and the Dreamfleet Baron, but not in the DF A36. I've looked in the aircraft config file of the A36, but I don't see anything that would cause it. It's got to be something unique to the aircraft, but I can't figure it out. I checked the Dreamfleet forum, but no one has reported a problem like this, so it's likely something in my setup. It's not a big deal, the A36 works perfectly in all other respects, but there's got to be a reason for it that I'm not seeing.Dale Dale

I always use the "LOOK ---" Assignment commands to set up keys or buttons on my yoke or KB. I wonder if that may be where your incorrect view is being selected. Check out the various "Look" commands.Another approach is to key Control plus Num 7 or 9 (with num lock on)- these will give you Views Left (or R) Forward while holding these keys down.Beyond that I can't help since I use only 2D triple views with 3 monitors- I'm not really familiar with virtual.(I fly the A36 and the DF Baron almost exclusively- great airplanes.)Alex Reid
March 4, 201016 yr Author I finally figured it out after finding it was also happening on other aircraft, but not until airborne and I had panned around the views. I had "pilot internal view" checked in Active Camera. When I unchecked that option, the eyepont right and left worked as it should. Not sure why that makes a difference, I'll have to do some reading in Active Camera docs.Dale Dale
