Hi there,Hope its ok to post here...I have sent email to AVSIM staff using the contact details on the main page, but so far no responses yet.I appreciate that people are busy, but I sent in an item of NEWS for consideration on the main page, but I have not even had an acknowledgment of the message. Hello Lee , The news item you refer to was omitted because of an editorial policy that precludes Virtual Airline News Posts on the front page , our news department doesn't post these as there are a very great number of VA's all of which would like to see their upcoming events advertised and member recruitment driveson the front page , it became overwhelming and was terminated , as a service to the VA community Avsim has a forum available to provide space for the membership to view news items pertaining to VA activities. http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showforum=112C Jodry, Managing Editor Avsim.com

Interesting policy. However, I would hardly call our 10 year special conference to be held in a major hotel venue near a major international airport, a VA recruitment drive! This is not your average VA get together here with some members of the real world organisation attending.You didn't even reply to my invitation to send one of your representatives along to be our guest!However, now I know and I understand.
