March 13, 201016 yr I asked about this in another thread and was told the config utility on low or medium settings would remove them. I just set the External model and the VC Models to LOW, and also the Panel to NORMAL, saved the settings, loaded the aircraft and the raindrops persist. I really don't like this effect, especially when the plane is moving. I am flying in the ORBX PNW, where it both rains alot and is taxing to process, so I don't want any additional effects that can adversely affect performance. Please advise how I can disable this without disabling the weather. Thanks,Noel Noel System: 9900X3D Noctua NH-D15 G2, MSI Pro 650-P WiFi, G.SKILL 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6000, WD NVMe 2Tb x 1, Sabrent NVMe 2Tb x 1, RTX 4090 FE, Corsair RM1000W PSU, Win11 Home, LG Ultra Curved Gsync Ultimate 3440x1440, Phanteks Enthoo Pro Case, TCA Boeing Edition Yoke & TQ, Cessna Trim Wheel, RTSS Framerate Limiter w/ Front Edge Sync. There may be an update in the future that makes it an option.I appreciate the response Ryan. I am a paying customer for PMDG having bought 5 products now. At least you are responding to this and yes, please do consider a revision to the configuration option to allow this to be disabled. I'm glad it is a good thing for others, but it's hard to beat choice to help meet more customers' needs, and I am a paying customer not someone who is trying to impact features in a product I have no ownership in yet. It's a nice plane and I'm enjoying it greatly. If an update comes along for this product which has received awards as you well know, please consider adding in the capability to display ILS frequencies in the FMS. It's a convenience thing and I'll bet a few people will enjoy not having to use an approach plate or open the FSX Garmin, which is what I do to obtain the ILS frequency.Noel Noel System: 9900X3D Noctua NH-D15 G2, MSI Pro 650-P WiFi, G.SKILL 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6000, WD NVMe 2Tb x 1, Sabrent NVMe 2Tb x 1, RTX 4090 FE, Corsair RM1000W PSU, Win11 Home, LG Ultra Curved Gsync Ultimate 3440x1440, Phanteks Enthoo Pro Case, TCA Boeing Edition Yoke & TQ, Cessna Trim Wheel, RTSS Framerate Limiter w/ Front Edge Sync.
