March 17, 201016 yr When attempting to use the load manager for the MD-11, a recent purchase, the series manager at the top of the screen go blank and the nothing else happens WHEN i push on of the loading buttons. As read earlier the fix was a update to C++ that was done. Repairing the files was also done. Next suggestion?Steve Carlson
March 18, 201016 yr Okay I forgot I am running FS9 on XP platform 2.4 dual core, 4g memory, 8800 video card to dual monitors. Now does anyone know what's going on with the Load Manager - it's not working to change weights....
March 20, 201016 yr Steve, the FS9 load manager works only with the aircraft config file. It won't change the weights of an aircraft that is loaded in FS9 like FSX will do through simconnect.Or have I gotten your problem description wrong? Is the load manager screen working? Dan Downs KCRP
March 21, 201016 yr either with FS9 running or not LM loads but when i click on the one of the load passengers and or cargo the words "Series Manager" for lack of a better term goes away leaving several vertical line in it's place and nothing else happens. I am able to close the file normally in this condition using the close button. when open i am unable to edit fuel, pax or cargo.I have tried to screen shot this condition but what I am using can not capture that screen. or am I missing something, like I should use the default Weight and Balance and fuel screens within FS9 to change those values.thanks
March 21, 201016 yr Neither the 747/MD-11 can be loaded with the MSFS default aircraft fuel and payload screens. Don't even try.Something is wrong with your installation. Run the installer and repair both the aircraft and C++ redistributals. The PrtScrn button on your keyboard should capture the screen image to the clipboard, I open MS Paint and paste it there and decrease size by 80% to meet AVSIM attachment size limit. March 22, 201016 yr lets see if this works I have also repaired the install to no avail. Next or in addition to this problem when I went to use the 737NG's (which I have had since they came out) I find the push back feature no longer works - (SHIFT + P), I had set up the SHIFT+| and the CTRL+| for push back and turn...I have not had a problem with any of the other simulation add on until this instillation. Hummm
March 22, 201016 yr It might be time to visit the pmdg support web site and start a trouble ticket on the MD11 load manager. The 737 push back is strictly FS9, there's no pmdg guage for this in this simulation. Dan Downs KCRP
March 25, 201016 yr Just to give an update here. I sent a ticket in as offered in the last post. The best information offered was to remove then reinstall. So going to the start menu - programs - PMDG - etc etc etc, I found a the short cut to the load manager, being a fool I am, I started it. Clicked on the full cargo and low and behold the program loaded cargo, I saved it, started FS and it worked. There must have been a glitch in the short cut i was using on the desktop. SO delete the desktop shortcut and reinstall it.Blue Skies everyone. :(
