FS Live from AirNav and FS9

Sounds interesting, but then it's about $110/year to have. Anybody use it?I guess the key here is you pay for convenience and you know you AI traffic really is "as real as it gets" - particularly when other typical ai flight plans don't allow for things like weather delays and such.If anybody is or has used it, i was wondering about how the flight models appear. from the screenshots I don't think they are on par with stuff from say, Aardvark or Fruitstand. just an assumption though. I have WOAI installed now along with and major airports (compared to when I used to use Ultimate Traffic) look somewhat empty now.For FS9 it only shows AirNav FS Live Traffic 2...is this worldwide traffic or strictly US airspace? Just looking for feedback from people who have used it. Kinda "kickin' the tires" sorta thing.

Most of what I've read has been extremely negative. Real Flights not showing up in FS9 AI, flight tracking inaccurate / not working as it's supposed to, etc etc etc. I also looked at this and considered subscribing (seeing it is a subscription afterall), but changed my mind rather quickly after a bit of research / reading.... Now I intend to stay far, far away

I used it for a few months many years ago and it has it's niche...for people who don't know anything about Flight Simulator and want AI traffic. The downside to the service is that it is really expensive and their Ai aircraft are not very accurate. It would better to purchase an AI package once rather then spend the money on the service. Even better would be to use World of AI. The aircraft that they use look so much better then almost anything else and it's free, although, you have to learn enough about Flight Simulator to use it.Mark

Okay, even just after two posts I guess my mind is made up - the big factor being the added expense on an already tight budget. I think I'll just dig into custom aircraft and flight plans more. I already have WOAI goin' and GA Traffic, I just need to dig into the commercial flights more. Thanks for the inputs, as always!

BTW - Not wanting to steal the thread, but does WOAI work on FSX as well ?

Yes, it works with both sims...

I'll second that. That is, from what I have read anyways - since I don't have FSX installed anymore.
