Hello everyone. I will keep this short and sweet. I have been continuously working on preperations for the most ultimate realistic Coast Guard Virtual Organization for some time. All the pieces are coming together. I have not brought this public at all. This is the post I have been looking forward to for a long time now. I am ready to bring this idea public for the sole purpose of finding two right hand men or women proficient with the HH-60 Jayhawk and a desire for the most ultimate realistic Virtual Coast Guard operations (Organization) Ever. As any good leader knows, he (I) cannot and will not be able to reach my mission, vision and goals by myself. As of right now I am only looking for a couple people to assist with getting the organization started.You must be motivated, a leader, mature, willing, ready, able and determined. Must share the vision and goals for the organization and believe in this effort.Just a quick idea of whats to come: Coast guard operations based out of Kodiak and St. Paul alaska to start. Will have many training missions, very detailed recruit phase, standards must be met, very realistic radio communications, every bird will have pilot and co pilot. Every recruit will go through a detailed Coast Guard flight school. Will assist with multiple operations and real world scenarios in and around the bearing sea. And much much more!!!!This will not be your run of the mill organization. Professionalism will be upheld at all times. Hi Justin,Wish I had seen this earlier. I was with vUSCG but had to leave, and was sorely missing my Helo/SAR executions etc. Even tryed to get my own virtual AusSAR going, but alas it didn't happen.How did you go with this?
