ATI Tools

I'm using the latest ATI Tools to set my ATI HD2400xt up.the on screen monitering graphs of Free Video Memory and Free Tecxture memeory are shown separately (on screen Display Settings).The values I get for the Free Vidoe Memory match my card with 256 mb(max 256, min 0) but I can't see where the Free texture memory resides, is it in RAM or Page file memory,it shows about 650+ can I adust this value.when I alter the TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT=70 this alters the range in the Free Vidoe memory but not the Free Texture memoryHave also noticed the frame rates recored by ati tools in full screen are much higher than FSX values, any body else have this.
