onebob's post in How to set ADF Frequencies (tenths) was marked as the answerI think its the same as for some of the other Carenado airplanes, hold the mouse over the '+' or '-' and then right click, it should then be possible to alter the 8 to a 9.
I will check it later.

edit. yes just checked it again, hold the mouse over he left side and try a 'right click' when the '-' sign is showing. then roll the mouse wheel.
