March 31, 201016 yr I am not sure what I did, but on some of my FSX aircraft the GPS will not open. If I click to open it I get a quick black square appear then nothing. The GPS does appear on a few aircraft but is missing in most. I have tried to run the repair on the original FSX disk but can't figure how to change the root directory on the repair disk, I originally installed to C drive but had to move it to the D drive. This problem started when I went into the Simobjects and started to delete old aircraft that I no longer use. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Can you not open it via the Views menu either?Verify that it appears on some other aircraft. Open up the panel.cfg files for both aircraft with Notepad and lookto see if something is screwed up.The FSX GPS gauges are located in the FSX Gauges folder, so they are unlikely to be touched if you make changes in the Simobjects folder.
