April 13, 201016 yr Seems like an error in the panel.cfg. With a wrong y-coordinate, you'll get such an eliptical instrument. Have you tried applying the latest patch? There is one, for as far as I can remember, and it can be downloaded from the Aerosim website. Otherwise, I suggest doing a reinstall, then applying the patch again.
