Hi,Where do you get stuck? I assume you already tried to update the lat/lon positions in the XML file to the new location you want.

Were you having a compiling problem or ??????????I just tried your code and it compiled properly for me. You must have both mdl files in the same folder as bglcomp.exe and bglcomp.isd before attempting the compile. As Paul's instructions say, the resulting bgl should be about 212 KB and that is what I got.The xml is expecting the elevation to be in meters - not feet, so the correct elevation of the scenery objects is 1898 and that figure is increased by 15 to 1913 for the airport, runway and helipad entries. NOTE: You must change the location name, ICAO code (I used Sar1) and coordinates etc. if you are using this one and the Honolulu location as well. There will be a major conflict if you do not. Paul's instructions also mention this.To obtain the correct elevation I use the Cross Hairs Plus "aircraft" (chplus.zip in the library) along with the excellent gauge by Jim Robinson (ch_pnl.zip) as my "placement" tool. I have attached a screenshot of the results on my setup.

I would be happy to send along a copy of my xml and the resulting bgl if you would send me a PM (Personal Message) with your e-mail address.I now have the Saratoga at Lake Tahoe and at the original Honolulu location.Hope to hear from you if you are interested.

Hi Dave,MANY thanks, I dind't know the elevation had to be changed too, thanks for taking the time for the kind answer. PM sent, and I appreciate the help

Thanks for the help, David. It's working great now.-end topic-
