The problem....When I run my FS9 as administrator:-I do not see my PMDG addon liveries (only default livery)-I can connect to VatsimWhen I do not run my FS9 as administrator:-I see my PMDG addon liveries-I can't connect to VATSIMPlease help me, as I love using the PMDG aircrafts online :(Operating System:Windows Vista2 GB Ram

Just a guess, try setting the properties for the folders and subfolders to admin security rights, I've done that and turned off UAC and haven't had any problems since.Please sign your posts in this forum.
