Here's a link to ATI's driver feedback form. I'd encourage everyone who is having trouble with their Radeons (flashing, smeared text, etc.) to fill out this form.http://apps.ati.com/driverfeedback/If enough people report the problems, it might get a faster reaction from ATI.
