Hi Guys, Apologies for resurrecting an old thread. I have just recently purchased the PMDG MD11 for FS9, and I appear to have VC side views when in the 2D cockpit. I would prefer not to have these views if possible. Can someone advise me on how I go about removing them please? Regards,Lee.

Hi Guys, I think I may have mis-understood the original post, because from what I can gather, the VC side views in 2D mode cannot be removed. Is this correct? I understand that the VC doesnt load up when you not in the VC, which is good. However, I was hoping to have a similar view of the outside world in 2D mode like I have in the 747 where I see nothing except the outside world if you know what I mean? The only way I have managed to remove these views is by setting the "see self" line in the fs9.cfg file to 0. However, with this set, I cannot see the taxi or landing lights on the ground. Regards,Lee.
