April 25, 201016 yr Hi all-The installation instructions state "After you install the SDK you'll have to edit a file to activate the Mission Builder's Object Placement Tool. The name of the file is dll.xml and you'll find it in this folder: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\FSX\"but I don't have an "Application Data" folder...Any ideas?thanksAndrew H e l p k e e p A V S I M f l y i n g
April 26, 201016 yr If you are on Vista or Win7, the directory is named c:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX, but the AppData dir will be hidden. You can just type the path into the address bar of the Windows File Explorer (ie, navigate to C:\Users\YourName, then click on the end of the address bar and add \AppData and hit return), then you can navigate the rest of the way normally - or you can go into the File Explorer options dialog and turn off hiding system files/dirs.Tim Tim http://fsandm.wordpress.com
