3rd Party ATC

Featured Replies

HI!! So I'm kind of tired of the default ATC in FS9 and I would also like to do my own approaches..I like to be realistic..I have read some of the posts on how to shoot around it a bit but I like contacting the center at all times..., so can anyone tell me which one would be the best to buy? Or if you know any that are freeware that would be great too..THANKS

Are you looking for an alternative to the default ATC, or something like ADE? If you want a good alternative ATC system that allows you maximum realism whille affording maximum flexibility in your own custom flight plans, Aerosofts Pro Flight Emulator nudges out the competition, Radar Contact. I've used them both, and if you're like me and don't want to wrangle with the unizue challenges of "online flying" at a live ATC site like VATSIM, in my mind PFE is by far the next best alternative. AND it allows you to fly IFR, SIDS, STARS, and your own approaches.
