May 22, 201016 yr We have had threads on the need to assign admin rights so that flight saves and panel saves can be done with the MD 11. My boxed version will save flights but not panels, nor can I figure out how to handle the admin rights. Can someone pls walk us through this critical step so that we can start saving flights and panels? Many, many thanks.Flybyte

May 25, 201016 yr Lamar, the easiest thing to do is turn off UAC which can be done using Vista help. I also recommend assigning admin security rights to the pmdg folder and subfolders. Of course, the installers need to be run as admin too. We are all having to learn how to work around all the nanny-security features that Microsoft saw necessary. Dan Downs KCRP
