Flight Simulator 9 Installation

I actually have two problems that I would like some advice on.1.I use FS9 and FSX. I retain FS9 because I enjoy the PMDG 737. In the last few weeks I have noticed that when I load a flight in the 737, the waypoint legs show about 23 deg to the left of what they should be. For example if I'm stationed at Dunedin (NZDN) on runway 32 and departing from that runway and flying to Christchurch (NZCH), my first waypoint is the Swampy summit (SW) VOR. SW is 14 miles straight out on runway 32 heading, a heading of 32 deg. The VOR 2 needle points directly ahead as it should. However the flight track displaying on the ND shows a flight track of 55 deg to SW, which is 23 deg to the left of the VOR 2 needle. Once airbourne the aircrafty will fly the ND track and fly nowhere near SW, although the VOR 2 needle still indicates the correct position of the VOR. I loaded the PMDG 747 onto runway 32 at NZDN to see if it did the same thing. It also displayed a flight track 23 deg to the left. I then loaded the PMDG MD 11 at Runway 32 and it displayed the correct flight track on its ND. I had considered it may have been the 1004 navdata from Navigraph but the fact that the MD 11 displays the correct flight track threw a spanner in the works of that theory. The Flight1 ATR and Level-D flight tracks display correctly. I have no idea how to send a screen shot to the forum so please excure my lack of knowledge there. I was hoping that by un-installing the 737 (and later the 747) and re-installing it may have solved the problem. It didn't, and that brings me onto the next problem.2.After re-installing the 737, I'm unable to use the load manager configuration. Each time I click on it on the desk top I get the message;"Could not detect a valid Flight Simulator 9 Installation" In fact when I also click on the 747 and MD 11 load managers I get the same message. Other addons load managers load correctly. It only affects the three PMDG aircraft. Both the 737 and 747 are box versions, and the MD 11 is a download. I'm sure there will be an easy solution. I would just love to know what it is. And finally yes, I have done some searches with a negitive results.Bruce Ross

Registry corrupted - this is common when you have both FSX and FS9 installed. Both problems you're having result from it.Download this, right click it, choose Run as Administrator and point it to your FS9.exe.http://www.flight1software.com/files/FS_Registry_Repair.exe

That did the trick for both problems, thank you. As I mentioned earlier, I knew there would be an easy solution. I would like to add that I'm a regular reader of the forums and it never ceases to amaze me the time others must put in to help other people with their big, or small, problems. A big pat on the back for everyone.Bruce RossDunedinNew Zealand
