FS9 Horizon question

Featured Replies

I've struggled for a long time to get the sim to look right from high altitude and this is the closest I've come so far. I'm using AS6.5 with weather-generated themes and a registered copy of FSUIPC. I think I have things perfect in terms of visibility- now the only problem is that the colors look too washed out.Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to make the world look a bit more blue or colorful? This screenshot was taken at FL370 at around 1000 local over France.thanks

It's a little different for all of us. I use REX for FS9 and it took me awhile to find the right mix. It's really in the eye of the beholder as all of us have different settings. 'Tropics' is the REX sky color I use which has worked out for me all around in the day time.
