ATC Airline Recognition In FSX

Featured Replies

Greetings! On numerous occasions I have installed paints or complete aircraft which were not recognized by FSX atc. All that came back from atc was the flight number. The most recent examples are Easy Jet and Thomson. FSX atc does not recognize those call signs. I changed Easy Jet to Easy in the config file and no difference. I changed Thomson to Thomson Airlines and also tried Thomson Air ---- nothing but the flight # came back from atc. I recently installed a United Airlines paint and had to delete the *airlines* from the atc airline line in the config in order to get the right response--- United.I can not find anything in the FSX files/folders that tell you what airline call signs are recognized! Can someone please shed some light on this?Bruce
