Hi AllJust wondering if anyone else has ever attempted to have their download link reinstated by SkySim?Mine has now expired and I've been attempting to get it reinstated for the last two weeks.I've sent three emails plus placed a technical enquiry on their web-site, but not a single word has been received. I'm beginning to think that they are no longer a going concern. I've attempted to place a request on their user forum, but even this doesn't seem to work as I receive a bizarre "SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]".Any advice how I should proceed would be much appreciated.RegardsGary

I did and it required an email to get the download validated again--bad news if they are not answering.
