GoFlight MCP Questions

Featured Replies

All;I am thinking about adding a GoFlight MCP but before spending $500, I wanted to ask a couple of questions:1. I have both FS9 and FSX under Win7 64 bit. Any concnerns?2. I have the PIC 737 from Wilco. Any concerns?3. As I have no rack but will have the unit "loose" on the desk, I was wondering what are the physical dimensions of the unit?I do have the full registered version of FSUIPC.Thanks.John

HelloAll of my Goflight gear works fine in Windows 7The 737 Pic is fully compatable just choose "compatable addon" in the goflight softwareThe LVL-D 767 is also fully compatable. Most other addons can be programmed using the Fsuipc macro facilities or button/keymapping ect.I do not know the diamentions as I have the smaller GF-MCP adv along with the GF-166 , GF-46 , GF-RP48 , GF-P8

Thanks very much. I appreicate the input.I was wondering about the PMDG 737NG under FS9? John

Hello There is a driver available from fslabs for the PMDG 747, they had one for the FS9 PMDG 737 but it seems to have been withdrawnhttp://www.flightsimlabs.com/press/fslabs-press-releases/For the FS9 PMDG 737 there is a document on the goflight website detailing how to setup the MCP using the keymapping, be aware that the digital readouts on the Goflight MCP will not be in sync with the panel using this method. At this time the best supported addons are the 737 PIC LVL-D 767 and also working well are the Feelthere ERJ's and Wilco Ejets.

Thanks very muchJohn
