July 4, 201015 yr Im thinking about picking up a cheap pair of 3d glasses to use with FSX. I have an invidia card with latest drivers installed. I understand there is a setting in FSX to make it 3d. However, before I bother with this, does it work with an LCD monitor. I thought I ready somewhere you had to use a older CRT monitor. Also, for those who have tried it, is it any good?Rob

Even in daylight things look a little dark and sometimes it's difficult for me to read a gauge but the effect is great! It's worth the look and you won't be going into major debt with the cheap glasses. Within FSX, you can turn the 3d effect on and off by hitting the Ctrl-T keys so, if you have issues with 3d in a flight (or seeing some gauges like I do), you can turn it off temporarily and then back on.Best regards,Jim
