I have a question that I am not sure as what to do:1. I just received the new version of the "GEX North American dvd.2. I have the old version installed (been there for a couple years) - GEX, USA CANADA ALASKAQuestion: When I installed the old version did it reconfigure the default terrain from FSX? Can I installed the new version over the old version? Do I have to uninstall the the old version, then, install the new version - if I do will it have the default scenery to build on?Thanks in advance!RH

GEX just replaces your terrain textures. On initial install it will backup your original FSX textures. I would run the configuration tool of your installed GEX and reinstall your backup textures into FSX. Next, uninstall your current DVD version of GEX and then install the new version DVD (which will make a backup of your orginal textures) and then install the new GEX textures.The reason I make the above recommendation is it has been indicated the the orginal version DVD GEX, USA CANADA ALASKA is not the same as the new DVD GEX North America. The above procedure will ensure you do not run into any issues.Regards,Bob
