AVG antivirus and TileProxy?

Hi, I have used TP before, but I recently installed AVG (premium, free trial), and I cant get TP to work. I have tried to add userproxy to the avg firewall exception list, but it still doesnt work. Any tips?Sincerely,Andreas

Disable your AVG. Then things should work ok. :(

Hmm how do I disable AVG? Even when disableing the AVG firewall, TP isnt working. Let me describe what happens: The TP dos window starts normally (as admin), and it says ready for takeoff. I start FSX. Then 3-6 dots fill in in the TP dos window, and it just stops. Completely dead. I cant even close the dos window, and I cant terminate the process with CTRL ALT DEL. Only thing that makes it go away is restarting the machine. The two things I've changed since I last tried TP is installing AVG, and buying a new wireless router.

Open up AVG. top right corner double click "Resident shield". bottom left corner " Resident shield active " disable save changes. now start TP. :( :(
