HI all, I have two video cards in my rig. One EVGA GTX 470 ,One EVGA GTS 260. The 470 is in slot #1,PCIE 2.0x16, The 260 is in slot #3 PCIE 2.0x8. they are so close together they allmost touch. looks like the 260 is covering the 470 fan breather .I would like to move the 260 into slot #4 PCIE 2.0 x8. If i do this will the 260 still work. thanks.

They're designed this way - look up some photos of a quad SLI system, it's just a huge block of video cards there with almost no space between them. I don't think they actually draw air in through the top of the card, it comes in from the front edge of it inside the case and then is expelled out the back plate.
