I ordered the extended download service for the 747X but the link still says expired. There is also no link on the extended download service. Is there something special I need to do to redownload my product since I have paid for that privilege? Should I be expecting another link, do I have to wait, etc? I posed this here since I did not get a validation email from your "ticketing system" so I can't open up a ticket there. Your prompt reply or refund will be greatly appreciated.EDIT: By the way, did you know that your WIKI page is down and also the shopping cart and account login page don't refresh properly? For instance, when I remove something from the cart, the cart still tries to charge the original amount even though the amount shown is lower? July 12, 201015 yr Commercial Member Mike,I've gone ahead and reactivated your link and resent the original purchase email. I'd check your spam settings on your email server or your local spam folder for the ticket system verification email... The purchase email for the EDS does ask you to submit a ticket - not sure if you knew this from what you wrote here. One of us has to manually reactivate these download links, it isn't automated.The wiki no longer exists, it was replaced by http://support.precisionmanuals.com several months ago.I can't reproduce anything like that with the cart software, just tried in Chrome and Firefox. July 12, 201015 yr When you do the extended download service does the link go live again for 48 hours then it goes down or what is the deal with it and does someone in person have to approve it or is it instant. The reason I'm asking is because I need the md-11 and the 747 again due to an external harddrive malfunction. Steven Penninck
