July 13, 201015 yr I have a Q9650 CPU and am using Arctic Cooling's MX2 paste, the Arctic Cooling instructions seem rather fool proof, perhaps too much so compared to the instructions for Arctic Silver products.Arctic cooling MX2.Arctic SilverWhich method is better?Also I'm using Akasa Tim-Clean citrus based cleaning fluid, any thoughts on this? July 13, 201015 yr Moderator Spread a thin film with the credit card - ensures all parts of the slug get covered BUT do not apply too much.
