Add Creaking Sounds and Cabin Noise to FS9?

Featured Replies

I've always been dissatisfied with the lack of true ambient "structural" sounds while taxiing and rolling down the runway in FS9. Normally you'd hear creaks and cracks from the aircraft's cabinetry, panels and even the door to the cockpit, but in FS9 it sounds like your taxiing in a plane made all in one piece. Does anyone have any idea of the easiest way this might be added to our flight sim experience? I've downloaded several sound packs, and some have this effect and some don't, but those that do are generally aircraft specific and are meant to be used with all of the other sounds that come in the package. I have FlightDeck Companion and FSPassengers which do a great job enhancing ground roll, engine noise and airport ambient sounds but they're really not built to include these other cabin sounds.
