Hi there, I am fed up of the poor quality models squawkbox provide for use with VATSIM and I was wondering if there is anyway of changing them? This would make my flight simming expierience better and I would be greatful if somebody could help me out, thanks in advanceplanenutter :(

well,you can use FSInn.Or watch the Vatsim forums at www.vatsim.net,there seems to be a user edit that enables you to usecertain ai airline packages.Or you can go into the SB sms file yourself and assign every plane a new model.

VATSIM and SB are already there for years. How come, after all these years, it is still as poor as in the beginning?VATSIM should have provided a correct AI file for SB a long time ago instead off letting people plumming for weaks to get something together and see the plane of somebody else as it should be (like it does on the "other" network euheum).FsInn is not working for everybody (VISTA? WIN7). My serverlist does not show up during installation and I get about 500 links of forums for zero solutions.Regards,D

You can basically use an AI model that you wish with the SB model set.Our model set generally uses the default SB models, but there have been cases where there was no model available, so we used an other AI model in order to complete our model set. The only issue we have has is that landing doesn't appear.
