I cant see my propblades turning when I look out of the VC. You should see some movement and evenmore when you pull back on the RPM. The wierd thing is that I havent read any other reports about this.

Anno 2014 im so sorry to read that VATSIM pilots still have to go back to Squawkbox from passed century and cant get their latest outdated software properly working after all these years. I guess you all still see your companions flying around in those paper planes huh? Best peace off advice is switching to the other network, hang on for a couple a weeks and you'll probably will never come back again. Regards

Does the stand alone freeware Frogfoot have limitations in the weapon systems? I know about the non-clickable cockpit. For Ex: For Air-To-Air: - Hit 6 - choose the Msl by hitting D - Wait for tone... - Full tone - Fire But the Missile doesnt depart of my wingpot and zip. Same with those guided rockets in Air-To-Ground mode 7 Im I missing something here or is the Froggy not fully operational as a gift in World? As a beginner with DCS World, I've had some joy with FC2 a couple a years back, I have to say information like tutorials and explanations is very poor or very scattered round the web. Its frustrating and a NoNo for starters. I feel like going back to the die hard simmers core (FSX, IVAO, VATSIM,..) and stay away from this type of "flight"?-Simming. Regards,

All true but im a bit disappointed by the ancient software like FsInn, FsCopilot and Squawkbox with all those paper planes im running online. With my high speed 21st century rigg its a bit frustrating and it pushed me already to the other side of the networkforce.Cheers

It was a fantastic peace of software at the time. Now its just an old peace of programming. Just get rid of it and look forward ;) Regards

I switched from VATSIM to IVAO 4 years ago and no regrets ever since.VATSIM software is a pain and I dont even want to mention the paper planes.Try IVAO and you'll see ;) Regards

Except for those few good looking spots in the U.S.A and the rest off the virtual globe looking like a desert or even another deserted planet like it does look like in FSX; than you can shuffle Microsoft Flight where the light never shines.After the Fs9/ FsX transition,15 years flightsimming; a few good looking (photoshopped?) pictures will not impress me anymore.

Never liked the AI robots.Since about 8 years I fly on both VATSIM and IVAO and I notice IVAO is overtaking VATSIM since a few years with much better user friendly software and lots of more traffic spread out all over the globe. The ATC quality is the same on both networks and you do get to know some interesting people.

Dont you folks find it a bit wierd to read here about VATSIM members getting their problems fixed with IVAO material due to a lack off proper VATSIM software service for years now while constantly chopping the IVAO guys heads off?Cheers

The initiator of this topis asked for a complex (cargo) aircraft for his brand new PC! PRO:PMDG MD11: complex, cargo and 1100 pages manual. PMDG B747: complex, cargo and more than 500 pages manual (I forgot the exact amount of pages).These aircraft are super stable and non tweaking bug free software products!Captain Sim B757: complex, cargo, good manuals, some minor buggs in it but once you have fixed those you will have a good stable running aircraft. Most advanced users prefer the CS 757 instead off the QW 757.CONTRA:WILCO PIC737: is old programming for Fs9 with detoriated looking panels.They call it "compatible FSX" not my peace a cake for a modern pc.CLS 747-200/300: Old programming and some very inconvenient bugs. You need a reinstall off the whole package from time to time.Captain Sim 727: old clocks, fantastic, not realy a long hauler and not the best choice if you would like to learn more about today's navigation systems.Captain Sim C130: Great but more an outsider for the thing you want. Its mostly military and this Herc has old steam gauges while today's C130's have modern avionics with ECAM, FMC, CDU,...Level D B767: Its a great plane for flightsim but the panel quality has passed its time.Simcheck A300: Is a good choice but the external view lacks a bit. Not what I want to see if I bought I new rig today.If you fly online on a network like IVAO or VATSIM than I advice you to choose for an aircraft with modern FMC above the old clock systems because sometimes you will get a "direct too" intersection and than you are lost with on old VOR or NDB needle.Now, about people saying here its a must flying heavy's for more than 6 or 8 hours..Well, thats crapp!Is a simpilot you fly where ever you wanna go. Even in Europe the heavy's fly short haul cargo flights to answer urgent demands off goods for the industry.

I have had the same indicators as described above (freezing FSX, hearing sound,...).I tried a lot off things...nothing happened but than I uninstalled <<<<<FSRECORDER>>>>> and my sim runs like a breeze now.In some way it must have messed up something with the view thing in my sim.Hope this helps for some off you 2 ;)Regards,

If the initiator of this topic doesn't like it because he has bad experiences with some products than that does not mean you dont have to like it either..Some of us like Feelthere and Wilco products and have good experience with it and some of us dont like the products.As for myself, well, Wilco products for FSX are truly the most buggy unsolved pieces of crapp ever made for flight simulator on my system. As far feelthere counts, well, their embrears hold on fine and I used to love flying their cessna but since they are linked with Wilco I will never buy products again from both a them.That does not mean I will ask other people to boycot them.Regards

All the scenery builders talking about in this forum are all fantastic!BUT, and you can take it for granted, with FSX, once you load a complex aircraft (PMDG, Captain Sim,...) you WILL be photoshooting down to the runway untill your rollout has finished no matter what recent rigg you might be having!Its topnotch eyecandy untill you start moving.Grtz,D.

Wilco messed up with throwing "compatible" products on the FSX market in the beginning and they went down the drain.I will not walk into the same ambush for a second time..If I were you, I would be very carefull and look out for other more reliable Airbusses in development by other softwarebuilders like Aerosoft etc..Regards,D

VATSIM and SB are already there for years. How come, after all these years, it is still as poor as in the beginning?VATSIM should have provided a correct AI file for SB a long time ago instead off letting people plumming for weaks to get something together and see the plane of somebody else as it should be (like it does on the "other" network euheum).FsInn is not working for everybody (VISTA? WIN7). My serverlist does not show up during installation and I get about 500 links of forums for zero solutions.Regards,D
