I was out flying AAL667 Dallas to LA last night and was talking to a Delta NG driver and he told me to give FSINN/FSCopilot a shot as I've had problems with SB. I downloaded them, read so stuff and watched a few install video on youtube. I tried to install FS CoPilot first and I keep getting this error.

 

Error Opening File for writing

 

C:\MS Games\ FS\Moduales\Fs Copilot.dll

 

and it asks me to Rety or Abort

 

Anyone know what Im doing wrong? If this isn't the right place to ask forgive me, as I cannot find a FSDT forum.

Be sure you have the latest version of both files and FSUIPC.

Get them from a reliable source, e.g. Vatsim.

Clean up your FSX hard drive by getting rid of all junk files and then do a Defrag.

It is finicky, but follow the instructions carefully. If you miss any step you will encounter problems.

I used the destructions on the VatPac forum.

Anno 2014 im so sorry to read that VATSIM pilots still have to go back to Squawkbox from passed century and cant get their latest outdated software properly working after all these years.

I guess you all still see your companions flying around in those paper planes huh?

Best peace off advice is switching to the other network, hang on for a  couple a weeks and you'll probably will never come back again.
