My FSX suffers from the occasional g3d.dll error, it doesn't happen everyday but it does happen often. I would be flying long-distance and then get this error after hours of hard work, it wouldn't be so bad if I am able to save my progress every 30 minutes or so, but I can not do that while using FSPassengers. Is there anyway around this?

There might be an option in FSPax to ignore that, but otherwise they wouldn't want you doing that, lest you reopen the flight and continue after messing something up.
