Im running FSX sp2 with no problems and simconnect is communicating properly.When i uninstall sp2 before installing acceleration, will the sp2 simconnect(61259) be uninstalled with it and then reinstalled with acceleration?If not, should i delete the 61259 simconnect folder from Winsxs before installing acceleration?Thank you for reading. :( David Ranieri.

You should be fine. Simconnect stays installed, even if you uninstall fsx completely. You can run the 3 versions together. I at least do with Acceleration installed and everything works fine.

I got it done. After fixing the UTX setup and rebuilding the fsx.cfg, UT2 and ASE(networked) are still working through simconnect, so all is good.Its a bit scary when you have a good setup and then decide to install something like acceleration. :( Thanks Kees :( David.
