Mega Merge B777 and bobbing up and down in cruise

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone, I was wondering for those people who have this merge found here http://forum.ivao.aero/index.php?PHPSESSID...;topic=132449.0, do you also suffer from the aircraft's (772/3) constantly bobbing up and down making it impossible to fly at greater than normal time acceleration. I would fly at normal time, but due to work and other constraints I cannot. I hope someone has a solution to this problem. Thanks!

In the aircraft.cfg file, look for the below:vertical_speed_time_constant = 1Try setting it to 10 or perhaps 100. KJ

Hi,This problem is not only occurred in the merge PSS777-POSKY. In fact, the original PSS 777 has already had this problem. The aircraft pitch will oscillate when you set the time acceleration to 16x. (others get the problem at 8x or even at 4x)I think this problem is caused by the FDE and the PSS panel itself.BR.

Just a suggestion, would you like to make your merge more real? Unless the mega merge has already done this, check my post out: http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtopic=290045You can change weights and thrust to more real specifications, that's what I did. This way the 777-200/200ER isn't way overpowered, since the PSS [turbine_engine] data has the thrust at 110,000lbs or something. The weights would also be the 777-200LR weights in your merge i'm guessing. Mine works quite well, check it out if you want :( Just outa curiosity.
