FSX Strobes Effects

<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />absolutely right...there are 2 ways to get perfect synchronization...directly encode in model file (like in new POSKY 747-800) or encode in fx file (like in original Arjan Scheffel B737-800); in later case flexing wings will cause visible problems. There are some "FS limitation" also, you might noticed that in the window view at later part of the video, effect is more or less synchronized !!

Thanks for clarifying, that's why I had figured. Actually not even two strobes on the left and right wing of one aircraft are usually in sync in the sim. Nevertheless, the "randomness" seems to be renewed every time you switch on the strobes. So when you switch them off and on very often and observe the results you might be able to get em synced at some point by chance. What an annoying bug, I hate it.
