New update bad results

Featured Replies

I don't know why I bit on this update, ASE for FSX was working so perfectly but now after installing the new update it has been horrible, but I just could not resist :( , my depiction and winds since the update are shot, not even close. And to top it off if I now try to open up the map it crashes everytime, never had that before. Anyways is anyone else now having problems with fsx? Anyways gone back to update 572, PS I realize that this update was not mandatory only for cloud issues which I never really had. :(

Well every since I updated ASE back on August 2nd, I've been having NTDLL errors quite a bit with FSX. It seems like every second flight I try crashes with this error.I reinstalled the 197.45 drivers for my GTX 285 and ran memory tests and I'm still getting the errors. To see if the issue is with the update, I used Norton Ghost to retrieve the ASE 572 version to see if the NTDLL errors will disappear.Going to try some flights now to see what happens. I'll post back if the issue is gone with the 572 version.Update: Nope, getting the same NTDLL errors with the 572 version as well. So something else other than ASE is causing FSX to crash on me. Going to use a restore point to before I started having the crashes.
