Wind ?Joystick properly calibrated? Can you see the rudder and ailerons centred before takeoff from outside view?Peter

Hi Andrew, What's the severity of the bank? I don't know if it's just wind like Peter said or if it's like an issue I had a couple times with FSX Controls but incase the latter, here's a couple things that may have happened.1.) Sometimes when within FSX (not 100% on FS9 but imagine it's the same or close) if I replug in any game control or USB device they can become remapped in FSX's Control.xml. I don't know where FS9 stores this data but I'm sure you know. Anyway, in my case I never did actually unplug the devices but had either a double driver issue (this can happen when allowing windows update to upgrade device drivers), or a very quick loss of usb power. The same behavior occured where whenever I took off I would back hard to the left. I checked the controls.xml and I had two entries for my main controller. I tried deleting the new entry and remapping all my keys but still had the problem. The solution was to go into the registries "Direct Input" and delete a duplicate calibration file.+HKEY_CURRENT_USER (LOCAL_MACHINE if on XP I believe) Vista and Win7 use the current_User.+System+CurrentControlSet+Control+Media Properties+Private Properties+Direct InputDelete any folder inside the Direct Input folder that begins VID_06A3.2.) Another possibility is a corrupt FSUIPC.ini. If you don't have a boat load invested in prgramming it, simply delete it and let it rebuild. In this case the left turn is due to unbalanced thrus so you should be able to see if that's what's happening fairly easy. It was an FSUIPC issue with a percent of power being given to a different engine when one of my other throttles increased pass a certain point (This issue I saw when flying the 747).Not sure if either of these fit your problem, but I don't use FS9 anymore and don't have the 737.Good luck!*It could also be a simple matter of clearing Aileron trim. For FSX I think this is the #5 key with num-lock off. But if you see this every flight then I would think a button or axis lever of some sort is out of whack or double mapped.

Peter,Wind did occur to me but it happens every time, so bit of a coincidence.turbine,It is a very old fsuipc file so maybe i need to replace it. The unbalanced thrust theory is quite interesting though, I say that because on take off roll I seem to need to applya lot of rudder to keep a straight line. Will give it a coat of looking at and let you know.RegardsAndrew Lowe.
