August 24, 201015 yr Hi, Honestly, I don't see how this is related to RXP530, but here goes.I recently upgraded some hardware; CPU, Motherboard and Memory.I went about re-installing all my Flight one purchases due to their software protection system. I did this even though my RXP530 seemed to be working fine.My process was to first run the UN-install from control panel. re-boot, download the latest installer from the main RXP site. (downloaded with anti virus software disabled). With anti virus still off I ran the installer, supplying license key and password when requested. All went well.I rebooted, and started FSX. Loaded up real air Duke. Low and behold the gauge appears in the panel as it should but when clicking on the magnifying glass to pop up the gauge nothing happened. I then observed that my airport structures were missing. I went to a number of different locations (payware and default airports), same thing, no buildings. Runways etc. all seem fine. The RXP530 seem to work okay. I am using Vista 64bit with user control disabled. Thanks in advance Robin
August 24, 201015 yr Is it just the terminals on every flight? I had the problem of missing scenery and aircraft before I applied the HIGHMEM fix. Sometimes terminals would disappear, sometimes ai aircraft would disappear, sometimes the vc would disappear... When you would get near the top end in memory usage, FSX would begin to dump things to keep the flight going. With the fix, it no longer dumps things for me. It does leave you open for ctd's from lack of memory buy I have not experienced one since applying the fix. My guess is FSX set the dump threshold too low.
