August 29, 201015 yr OK, so I ran into some problems starting fsx up (it would just say not responding in task manager), so I attempted to do a clean uninstall/reinstall of FSX. When I tried to complete the Uninstall, I would get the " Error 1402 could not open key blah blah. Please check permissions or something like that. SO when I changed the permissions for that specific key, I would go back and try again. ERROR 1402 shows up again, with a different key string. Now each and every time after I change that key's permissions I get another key that has to be fixed. While this be never ending? How can I fix the permissions all at once, so I don't have to do this a thousand times over and over again. 1.) Tried System Restore, Only goes back to yesterday2.) Tried Manual Uninstall, Doesn't work because the installer doesn't recognize I deleted fsx manually.3.) I need some help, Anybody's assistance appreciated. :( ~Spencer HoeferMOBO: Gigabye Aorus z590 elite | CPU: Intel i9-10900k | RAM: GSKILL RIPJAWS 32GB DDR4 3200 |GPU: Nvidia RTX 2080Ti 11GB| OS: Windows 10
