September 2, 201015 yr Hi,this is my first post on this forum,or in fact any forum, so here goes, I want to recreate England/ East Anglia as it was during the latter stages of WW2, pretty much just a giant aircraft carrier, there were basically 2 types of bomber bases, the standard class A layout and the expansion type built in the late 1930s to deal with the looming threat. Rather than design and build well over 100 bases all pretty much the same, is there a way that I can design say 5 and effectively copy and paste them to the coordinates I want? or is every single item on the field individually coordinated within the software program. If all the scenary is placed relative to a central coordinate, ie a runway center or something, I would only have to change that coordinate and possibly a flatten/altitude figure to move the entire airfield lock stock and barrel. Any help with this, and if it is possible to do it this way, advice on a scenary design program would be greatly appreciated. ( I wont bother if you have to do the bases individually, its just too much work)CheersNick
September 2, 201015 yr I don't know if what you are wanting to do is possible. You could alter the coordinates of the airport and runways, but taxiways and aprons would have to be redone as they stay wherever you draw them. I guess this is due to the fact that taxiways and aprons are not attached to runways or the central airport coordinates. Supporter GhostRecon.net | AGgReSsion WhiteKnight77's Place Mike Shannon
