Hi guys,I have an serious problem with the autopilot.when i engage the autopilot after takeoff it works normaly for an few moments but then it suddenly goes into an steep left turn en decends rapidly (only when on FMC flight Plan)how can i solve this? I use standard FSUIPC and have patched FSX with 4GB patch _please Help- thanksIan Hulsbus

Hey Ian,so what have you done to troubleshoot?A screenshot of your panels would be helpful. Have you checked your waypoints? Profile and Navigations modes are armed? Remember, you need to press AUTOFLIGHT twice to engage the autopilot, the first press will engage the autothrottle only.For now I can't think of anything else.

Have you changed the default flight?The sim initializes from the default flight.Martin Wilby

i've reinstalled the md-11 twice and fsx one time i've reset the settings from the md-11 and from FSX I always use the FMC manual to program the FMC but I think I vorget to pres the AUTOFLIGHT button twiceI will try to get some screenshotsIan

thanks for the help the problem was that i vorget to press the AUTOFLIGHT button twice
