GoFlight MCP work on any Plane?

Featured Replies

Just getting back into FS (FSX), and would like to use a hardware autopilot like GoFlight MCP (and a Comm/Nav unit). I will probably also purchase the Flight1 PC12, but will be using other similar aircraft (payware and stock). Do Goflight units work with most aircraft? Is there a list?.....When I emailed GoFlight over a year ago with a similar question, I received no reply......So, I don't want to spend a bundle of money if it does not work on the planes I will be flying......Any advice appreciated - thanks in advance, Bill.

Hi, which go flight MCP? the goflight advanced autopilot module, or the MCP pro? i know that the MCP pro will work with the level d 767, and wilco 737 in FSX (see video below). it will also work with the PMDG 747 in FSX with a payware driver available from FlightSimlabs. as far as i know it works with all default aircraft in FSX aswell

Thanks for the info. The MCP "Advanced..." is the one I need (for smaller planes). I wonder if there is a universal setup for all (smaller) payware planes.....Yikes your Pro module looks (and fits) great....Bill.

haha, thanks, but that is not mine, i do not own it, yet ;). i think most small/GA aircraft use the default autopilot so chances are it will work.
