Saved Flights Shortcuts

Featured Replies

FS2004 is amazing, in that you are always discovering something new....Did you know that you can save you saved flights to the desktop? If you click on the saved flight, you are taken directly to that saved flight. You do not have to go through your pre-opening stuff. Now, for the idea....To Microsoft: It would be nice if you had a checkmark in the saved flight box that asked you if you want a shortcut to your desktop, for this saved flight.Good Idea or what?Paul

Hi Paul. The saved flights are usually placed into the "My DocumentsFlight Simulator Files" folder... so a shortcut could be made from there, or just open that folder. You're right, it's very handy. :)The FLT files are text files, and should be able to be edited.Dick
