September 1, 200322 yr In Windows 98, there is an empty folder called Scenery Cache in the FS9 folder. It is located at: C:WindowsApplication DataMicrosoftFS9Scenery CacheIt's empty. Does FS9 use this to Cache the scenery? Could this scenrey caching be a cause of stutters in systems that only have 512 Mb of RAM or less? I have changed the setting CACHE_WAV_FILES=0 in my FS9.cfg file because I remember having to do that for performance in FS2000. Is there a means of not cacheing the scenery? I don't see anything in the .cfg file indicating that you can.
