What was AVSIM doing back on June 19th. 1997?

Thanks! Great fun - I especially like the review of the Pennsylvania scenery, 3MB being the biggest download they've encountered... Also, entire planes at 60k? Times certainly have changed...Cheers,Gosta.

Really brings back memories...:-) It even has a link to the newly formed Project Freeware and you can actually be directed to their FS98 site with all of their fantastic aircraft of the time! Wonderful! And of course who can forget Mike Mirando's site. It was the Holy Site of all simmers, everyone gravitated to it just like AVSIM today. BTW my wife hated Mike Mirando (:-bang)(no offense Mike :-lol) and she had never even met him...:-lol And of course Alfred Grech, a pioneer in scenery design...Shez
