You should be in the 20's.. assuming no or little clouds..Here is what worked for me (P4-2.4, Ti4200 w. 30.82 drivers and 1280x960x32 resolution at 85Hz)Ground shadows off, Water effects low, Anti-aliasing off in FS.AI traffic low (20%). Weather: few Cirrus clouds, 50 miles visibility. With these settings, my fps are mostly at the 25 fps lock.Because the 30.82 drivers do not have the Aniso filtering option,I use Rivatuner to set Antialiasing to 2x and Aniso filtering to 2x.Also set the screen refresh to 85 or whatever your monitor supports. When I download real weather, the framerates go anywhere from 25 fps, down to 6 fps in really dense storm clouds.. mostly though, in the high teens..You can try this:GRAPHICSFULL_SCREEN=1PERFORMANCE_MODE=0DEF_PERF_MODE=6TEXT_SCROLL=1AUTO_LOD=0DETAIL_TEXTURE=1WATER_EFFECTS=1TERRAIN_USE_VECTOR_MAP=1TERRAIN_USE_VECTOR_OBJECTS=1EFFECTS_QUALITY=1GROUND_SHADOWS=0SMOOTH_VIEW=1IMAGE_SMOOTHING=1TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD=1024COCKPIT_HIGH_LOD=1AIRCRAFT_SHADOWS=1LANDING_LIGHTS=1IMAGE_QUALITY=0TEXTURE_BLDG=0TEXTURE_GND=1TEXTURE_WATER=1AIRCRAFT_TEXTURE=2SEE_SELF=1TEXTURE_QUALITY=3LOD_TARGET_FPS=17NUM_LIGHTS=5DISPLAY.Device.NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200.0Mode=1280x960x32TextureAGP=0PanelAsTexture=0TriLinear=1DISPLAYUPPER_FRAMERATE_LIMIT=25TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT=200TERRAINTERRAIN_ERROR_FACTOR=85.000000TERRAIN_MIN_DEM_AREA=10.000000TERRAIN_MAX_DEM_AREA=100.000000TERRAIN_MAX_VERTEX_LEVEL=19TERRAIN_TEXTURE_SIZE_EXP=8TERRAIN_AUTOGEN_DENSITY=2TERRAIN_USE_GRADIENT_MAP=1TERRAIN_EXTENDED_TEXTURES=1TERRAIN_DEFAULT_RADIUS=9.500000TERRAIN_EXTENDED_RADIUS=4.50000TERRAIN_EXTENDED_LEVELS=1SCENERYIMAGE_COMPLEXITY=4DYNAMIC_SCENERY=0DYN_SCN_DENSITY=0DAWN_DUSK_SMOOTHING=1SUNGLARE=1LENSFLARE=1***add the square brackets for the headings..
