My guess would be possibly a bad solder joint or connection on the display board itself. Unless you are comfortable disassembling the yoke and resoldering the connections, it is something that you will have to live with. If the unit is still under warranty exchange it.

Mine does that on occasion. I don't really care, as it doesn't affect the flight. I have not had to use the timer while it was flickering. I'm wondering if it's where it's USB is plugged in, a driver issue, or some such as it's inconsistent.

..okay, I guess Iwill have to live with this thing, no big deal as long as it doesn't effect the Yoke ......
