Hi. I noticed that weird square black smoke effect appears.I searched and found that it is caused by missing some effect files.It seems that I can't restore these files without repair or reinstallation.I've tweaked fsx hard so I want to avoid repair or reinstallation if possible.Could you upload following effect files? I'm using FSX SP2.fx_engsmoke.fxfx_smoke.fxfx_contrail_s.fxfx_wingtipvortice_r.fxfx_Vortices.fxfx_smoke.bmpfx_1.bmpfx_wake_1/2/3.bmpThese files are in effect folder, and bmp files are in effect/texture folder.Thanks.

There is a gauge utility in the avsim library that repairs the missing effects for you. I do not remeber it's name but à search will help you. :)
